Andrew Noble

10:45 AM - 11:45 AM

Are you struggling to balance the goodness of technology with its seemingly cursed consequences? Are you concerned about what it's doing to young people while still intrigued by its possibilities? We're not left to our own devices; we have wisdom in the story of Scripture and in the example of Christ. In this session, we'll walk through a biblical theology of technology and discuss together how Jesus might use various technologies, from PowerPoint to social media to AI, if he were to live today.
Kyle Rolph

10:45 AM - 11:45 AM

His workshop encourages his participants to be vigilant when it comes to identifying potential thoughts of suicide and the importance of becoming comfortable with asking youth about their thoughts of suicide and next steps that can be taken.
Nathan Karas

10:45 AM - 11:45 AM

We all know that prayer is needed for all areas of life and ministry, yet we tend to use prayer as a transition or add-on within our programs. This breakout will examine why prayer is essential in youth ministry and where we as leaders can focus on prayer. We will give a context of how we are using prayer throughout the planning, leading, and areas of ministry to make prayer natural and intentional within our ministries.
Jen Outhouse

12:45 PM - 1:30 PM

Do you love ministering to youth but often feel overwhelmed or on the edge of burnout? Is it even possible to stay in youth ministry for longer than just a few years? Looking at five key principles for ministry leaders, this session will show you how to maximize not only your time, but also your ministry’s impact as well!
Mike Racinsky

12:45 PM - 1:30 PM

Meet Mike Racinsky, a devoted husband to Sara and a loving father to Hope and Theo. With over 13 years of dedicated service in youth ministry, Mike is a seasoned leader in his field. Currently, he serves as the Next Gen Catalyst for FEB Central, where he brings his passion and expertise to inspire and empower the next generation Mike's ministry experience within the church has primarily been community-focused. In this breakout session, we will be discussing how to engage with the LGBTQ+ community wisely, without compromising biblical convictions or causing unnecessary harm (and, hopefully, avoid being canceled).
Tom LeRoy

12:45 PM - 1:30 PM

Tom brings his expertise to help us address mental health in our ministries.
Hartley Russell

1:50 PM - 2:35 PM

I don't know about you, but I am done with seeing students walk away. Is there a strategy for doing youth ministry that helps our students thrive in their transition to post-secondary? In this workshop I'll be sharing the only way I know how to do youth ministry. We will be working through what it means to build a holistic ministry that ultimately sees youth sent as missionaries into their post-secondary campuses.
Greg Barker

1:50 PM - 2:35 PM

Why do you serve in youth ministry? Has your motive ever been questioned about the time you spend hanging out with teenagers, going away on retreats, and trips? In this breakout session, we will explore the significance of discipleship in the lives of our students and discuss effective ways to utilize our programs, time, and relationships to help students develop a deeper relationship with Jesus, regardless of whether they have grown up in the church or they have walked into church for the very first time.
Dave Chantler

1:50 PM - 2:35 PM

How structure and consistency builds confidence in youth leaders, trust with students, and freedom for pastors and leaders to engage in ministry.
